Nichole Kellerman Wurth wants to live in a world where women actually enjoy the process of losing weight + connecting with their bodies. As a weight loss coach, she’s been featured on major websites like The Well Grounded Life, Sweaty Betties and The Greatist. When she’s not fearlessly (but lovingly) pushing her clients into a lifestyle they dream of, you can find her laughing with friends, connecting with nature and loving up on her husband and two dogs.
Interestingly Weird Fact?
I think people think I was a cheerleader when they first met me.
I was weird in ways I was just trying to be myself.
How did your journey as an entrepreneur all begin?
I wasn’t raised knowing the value of taking care of your health and body.
I had self esteem issues, got out of high school, gained 30 pounds and was totally lossed.
So I started doing diets over and over again.
I realized how dieting actually chipped away a piece of my self esteem, each one leaving me with nothing.
I developed an eating disorder.
Saw a commercial for personal training so I signed up for personal training to become a personal trainer.
I threw down $15K to lose weight.
I knew if I joined the school I would loose the weight and I was that desperate.
Through it I found my passion.
Discovered I was doing everything wrong.
Started my own personal training business driving to clients homes.
I was unhappy, I gave up because what I was doing wasn’t working.
Then I met my husband Zach who gave me an example of what living life was like again.
He’s all about having fun and enjoying things.
I lost the extra weight I carried around.
I realized being healthy and fit is about living your life to your fullest and your body naturally balances out.
It’s an inside process, and my story is 100% proof of that.
Big Reason Why?
Teach woman how to love themselves.
Biggest Temporary Defeat?
My addiction to struggle.
Joined a huge mastermind for $20K when I got started.
It was hard year, I didn’t do well in it at all, it was the toughest year I went through.
After 2 years of really struggling with my coaching business. I worked so hard. I was getting nowhere.
Weirdest Breakthrough Experience?
Taking the philosophies I learned from weight loss and apply it into business.
It doesn’t have to be a struggle. Got rid of that mindset
