After graduating from law school, she was working as an attorney, and for all intents and purposes, seemed incredibly successful, but she lacked fulfillment.
Crystal had to discover for herself how to define success and fulfillment in order to find work that she loves.
Her life’s work is helping others do the same.
She helps millennials leave their uninspiring jobs, find work they love, land better opportunities, and make more money.

How did your journey as an entrepreneur all begin?
Both my parents were lawyers so I decided to become a lawyer, went to law school, and started practicing law but it wasn’t my passion and I knew it wouldn’t be my profession of the rest of my life.
I was seeing it wasn’t something I can do forever.
It wasn’t quite suited for me. I realized that and felt stuck.
Was very drawn towards coaching because I appreciated the aspect of working 1 on 1 with people already great and doing great things.
I work with a coach myself who has been a mentor to me.
Coaching for 8 months now and I love everything about it, it’s so fun for me.
The most enjoyable thing is watching someone else shift.
Big Reason Why?
I trust that I am still figuring it out, I don’t know 100% what it is but I know apart of it is to serve people and also reaching my potential by helping others reach their potential.
I feel like we all have so much power within us and potential energy.
We get caught up in our own heads and the stories we tell ourselves about not being enough and worthy that stops us from getting what we want for ourselves.
Biggest Temporary Defeat?
Everything that happens gets you to where you are.
Love the learning it’s fun and exciting.
Lesson, when it’s appropriate to ask for help and get support for things.
Weirdest Breakthrough Experience?
Your beliefs aren’t necessarily true.
What’s the Vision of Crystal Marsh look like for the future?
I love speaking and getting to know people.
Would love to speak on stage and in smaller groups.
Plan on having masterminds and group coaching available.
I love traveling but I’m a home body at heart.
Would love to goto Bali, dying to go.

No matter how far down the wrong path you gone, you can still turn back around.
