Chris Martenson and Adam Taggart are the co-founders of PeakProsperity.com, where they have been educating millions of readers about the risks in our Economy, Energy and Environment systems since before the 2008 crisis.
With degrees from Duke, Cornell, Brown and Stanford between them, both held executive positions in companies such as SAIC and Yahoo! before consciously opting out of the corporate life for a more meaningful purpose: to build awareness of the looming changes the next 20 years will bring, and to help concerned individuals take prudent action in advance.

Adam: Just came back from my Crossfit class.
Chris: We raise chickens and meat bird.
How did your journey as an entrepreneur all begin?
Chris: In 2001 I watched my portfolio get shredded, so I started looking at the economy.
Quit my job, started a blog and it all worked out. Passion and money came together.
Adam: My passion is to create awareness about these trends and what’s arriving.
Co founded PeakProsperity to build awareness and equate intelligent pro active action.

Best entrepreneurial advice?
Adam: Start by really understanding yourself.
Really take an honest look at your strengths and weaknesses.
Have courage to follow your idea.
Chris: Make the mistakes, make them early, make them often.
Who’s your favorite super hero and why?
Chris: The Hulk, the righteous rage, and just wants to smash stuff.
Adam: Captain America, he’s the least cool but when you distill him down for what he stands for that’s true value every super hero stands for.
