Born & raised in Germany but moved to Australia, after traveling the world a bit and even living in an Ashram in India for 3 months at the age of 20.
She has never been particularly successful at anything but always had a passion for children, so worked in Childcare for a while, but found this work quiet distressing at times.
So when she had her own babies she decided to stay home to raise them & not go back to maternity leave after the usual year off.
Money was getting extremely tight after 3.5 years of not going to a ‘job’.
Long story short Sarita has gone on to earn over $100,000 in the past 12 months and even speak on stages in front of over 1,000 people, inspiring others through her story.
What’s an interestingly weird fact about yourself?
I was born in Germany even though I’m a quarter Yugoslav Croatian and I’m quite proud of that.
My name Sarita isn’t actually my birth name.
Sarita was the theme I was given when I was traveling in India.
So that’s been my spiritual name.
My birth name is Desiree in English.
How did your journey as an entrepreneur all begin?
This was just 16 months ago, money got extremely tight and I was just looking for a way to work from home so that I could stay at home with my babies because that’s the one thing I always wanted to do.
What’s your Big Reason Why?
To stay at home with my kids.
What’s the Vision of Sarita Kees look like for the future?
I also want to be as present as I can for my children and that’s why I love working online.
I see myself doing a lot of workshops for women in Bali.
I’m hosting a Women of Bliss event in Australia.
