He then started a consulting firm and realized it was pushing him in the same bad direction.
So Frank changed to help other entrepreneurs in the same boat.
Now as a coach, he teaches, and trains 6-figure entrepreneurs to get out of the rat race “trading time for money” and build a business asset.
And in doing so Frank has more than replaced his corporate income.
Frank, what’s an Interestingly weird fact about yourself?
No one new exactly what I was doing.
Rumors got out that I’m a spy.
I have a passport from USA and Italy because I have duel citizenship.
How did your journey as an entrepreneur all begin?
Back in college I wanted to teach math but it didn’t feel like a good fit.
Went into the business world, started in financial services and quickly got into startups.
Launched a startup and sold it for 175 million.
Been involved in small business ever since.
Big Reason Why?
I believe people are happiest when they can make choices best for them and to do that you have to be in control of your destiny.
Biggest Temporary Defeat?
Needed to get out of my consulting lifestyle and into something else.
I was traveling like crazy and decided to do it from home.
But people wanted me, I was the product, people wanted me there.
Weirdest Breakthrough Experience?
Small business owners excite me, not fortunate 500 companies.
They are slow to move and don’t like making hard choices, etc. and that drains you as a consultant.
I discovered everything I’m doing for these fortunate 500 companies I can do for small business owners.
The secret is in the strategy, not the money.

If all you had to your name was $1k and a laptop computer how would you jump start your biz?
The first thing I would do is find something you could teach which is really good for a niche audience.
To get successful fast get really focussed.
Find a niche group to engage with and teach 1 thing.
Find where they are.
Reach out to them individually then like or respond.
Then start building a list, delivering value.
Give them really valuable tidbits, then go back to that list and encourage them to invite some friends.
Grow list and tell them I’m thinking of teaching a course on this what do you think.
Then launch course.
