His copyrighting and marketing skills are responsible for bringing in over 150 million dollars in sales.
Dave Sharpe co-founded Empower Network back in 2011 and about a year ago stepped away from the company due to a health challenge.
Dave, what’s an interestingly weird fact about yourself?
Here is 1 thing kinda weird about myself, I recently stepped up my game with meditation.
I meditated for 20 minutes before the show and am now meditating twice a day now.
It gives me the ability to connect first of all with my true purpose.
It also gives me clarity which breeds confidence.
How did your journey as an entrepreneur all begin?
It all started many years ago, in 2008 I was homeless and had a drug addiction but then decided there was more to me than that.
A guy at a construction site shared with me a business opportunity with a network marketing company.
I had to sell my truck to get started.
Back then I experienced a lot of struggle and even today I still struggle is the truth.
Failures made me who I am today.
It’s all about mindset.
What’s your Big Reason Why?
Purpose and legacy.
Success is a recipe.
How can I have a bigger impact and serve more people?
Biggest Temporary Defeat:
Contracted Hep-C 7 years ago.
Decided to sacrifice everything so I can focus on overcoming it.
Dave, what’s your secret to being such a badass copywriter?
Writing is just like speaking.
There is always another level.
Realized the power of an authentic message.
Speak from the heart.
Speaking to someones daily reality.
What’s the vision of David Sharpe look like for the future?
Over the next year going deep with people.
Creating a series of events and workshops and the goal is to go deep with people.
Take people ready to go to next level and help them get there.
What’s your best Entrepreneurial Advice?
- What are you doing and what are you selling?
- Who are you selling it to?
Get so crystal clear on who your message is for and the problem your product can solve.
Figure out who has that problem, go deep.
Create a sales and marketing message around those personal problems and aspirations.
Develop a story.
